In 2019 Shropshire Council announced a programme to build new housing. Cornovii Developments Ltd was set up by the council in July 2019 and we plan to build over 500 new homes from 2021-2026, which will be a mix of market sale and affordable homes for rent and shared ownership.

The site of the former Hope C of E Primary School has been identified as a site suitable for entry level and family housing and we wish to share our indicative plans with you.

We also want to hear your views and will be holding an online consultation event from the 1^st to the 12^th March 2021. The health, safety and well-being of our staff, partners, the local community and neighbours is of paramount importance to us and government guidelines surrounding the coronavirus outbreak prevent us from hosting a public event at this time.
