Community Wellbeing Outreach Team

We are excited to let you know that on Monday 3^rd November, the (CWOT) will be visiting; Hope, Snailbeach and Stiperstones as part of the WOW (Winter Outreach Wellbeing) Project! 

We will be in these areas at these times on Monday 3^rd November: 

Hope (village hall car park): 11:30am - 12:05pm

Snailbeach car park: 12:10pm - 12:45pm

Stiperstones (parked up in the area): 12:50pm - 1:25pm 

It will be an opportunity for local residents to visit the CWOT van, meet the CWOT team and get information and support on a range of health and wellbeing needs, such as: 

• health and wellbeing concerns
• offer of a mini health check,
• cost of living issues (energy and food costs)
• vaccinations
• mental health
• stopping smoking support
• screening information
• think campaign
• lifestyle advice
• social groups and support services
